Product Description
Stainless Steel Hex Plug is a dedicated pipe fitting for pipe end sealing and interface reservation in industrial piping systems. It is designed with a solid hexagonal head and processed with NPT/BSPT standard conical external threads, which can be directly and quickly installed on female threaded pipe interfaces.This product is produced by United Brothers at its Vietnam production base, and is made of CF8/CF8M stainless steel via precision casting or castings process. The stainless steel hex plug has high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and is applicable to various industrial working environments with different media and pressure conditions.
Features
- Hexagonal Head Design: Matches with standard wrenches, eliminates slipping during installation and disassembly operations, and can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled for cyclic use without structural damage.
- Full-Size Thread Machining: The conical external threads are machined with high precision, the thread form is complete and consistent with industrial standards, ensuring tight matching and connection with standard pipe fittings.
- Surface Treatment: Two surface processing options are available, natural original color and passivated finish; the passivated treatment forms a protective film on the surface to improve the stainless steel hex plug corrosion resistance in corrosive media environments.
